"We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that make a place feel like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The host, Brock, was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was perfect — peaceful yet convenient to everything we needed. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed, and all the unique touches that made you feel at home.

"Absolutely the Perfect Beach Getaway!
Evelina by the Sea is hands-down one of the best beach houses I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated—from the stylish, coastal decor to the comfortable beds and decks off all three levels of the home. You can tell this place was designed with both relaxation and togetherness in mind.
The house is clean, modern, and filled with natural light. The location is ideal—it’s a 30 second walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and the energy of Lower Slower Delaware! It’s also not as crowded as other local beaches which is nice.
Can’t wait to come back to Evelina by the Sea!"

“This location is in the center of everything Dewey has to offer. We saw some great bands, enjoyed the restaurants that Dewey is know for, the beach was pristine and having access to a POOL was a HUGE BENEFIT!
The home itself was very comfortable for our group of 8. We were able to move our stuff right in and star enjoying our vacation right way. It was squeaky clean. Two couples had very private bedrooms with bathrooms. Our group of 4 college dudes had the guest rooms upstairs and their own bathroom.
The outdoor shower and hose was perfectly located to get the sand off everything. The beach was pristine, and still allows canopies that other resorts in MD and DE don't allow any longer.
Brock was super responsive and patient with all of my questions. Because of the location of the home (1/2 block to the beach did NOT have to cross route 1), 2 blocks from bay side and in the middle of literally everything Dewey, + POOL, we had a GREAT STAY!”

It truly feels like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still gather together comfortably.

The location couldn’t be better. Everything you need is within walking distance—great restaurants, shops, and the beach are all just a short stroll away. It made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable not having to worry about driving or parking.

The home itself was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell it’s very well cared for. We also loved having access to the pool and multiple decks—perfect spots to unwind after a day in the sun.

The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything seamless.
